Even though many people love spending time planning their trips, sometimes we are overwhelmed with travel options and we find it hard to get all the right travel information. Our “Travel Planning” service is for guests who would like a complete itinerary, from start to finish.

HOW IT WORKS:
1. CONTACT US
Contact us at the email (info@warasdiensis.com) or by clicking here. We will reply by sending welcome email within 24 business hours. The welcome email will contain a pre-itinerary survey to complete. These thoughtfully crafted questions serve as the foundation for your custom travel itinerary.
2. PAYMENT
Our Travel Planning Service fee is payable upon hiring. We charge an upfront, non-refundable, non-transferable fee for our consultation services. Instruction on how to make payment (via PayPal or bank transfer) will be included in the email.
3. INITIAL CONSULTATION
Warasdiensis will schedule an email correspondence or Zoom consultations (your choice). We will discuss your travel preferences, budget, timeframes, destinations plans, specific needs and interests.
4. ITINERARY PROCESS
Following our meeting and your payment, we create your initial itinerary and share it with you for comments and approval. Based on your feedback, we make updates as necessary.
5. PDF DOKUMENTATION
Once the final itinerary is approved, PDF documentation (folder of all travel info) will be sent to you by email within 7-14 days. Once you receive the final itinerary, you can book your accommodation, any tours and activities using the recommendations and links contained in your customized Itinerary.

Our Travel Planning service is for guests who would like a complete itinerary, from start to finish.
Our “Travel Planning Service” does not include bookings/reservations/purchases on your behalf. Warasdiensis does not book anything directly. You book on your own. If you our need help with a booking, please visit our „Bookings & Reservations“ page for details.
We cannot book flights. Even if we do not book the flights, we are always happy to advise clients on the flight options that are best for them.
No, we do not offer travel insurance, but we highly recommend that you purchase insurance before you travel.
Once you approved it, your final itinerary with PDF documentation will be sent to you by email within 7-14 business days.
We prefer at least 3-6 months prior to your trip for the best custom travel planning.
We prefer at least 90 days for the best custom travel planning. However, we can do it in less time for a rush fee. Contact us to inquire.
Prices are not per person. The listed prices of Warasdiensis services are valid for trip planning for up to 10 people.
