Our “Travel Consultation” service is for guests who have already planned most of their itinerary, but want to make sure they have got every detail covered and question answered.
We can help you cut through the information overload and save a lot of time by giving you personalised advice on all the key topics to do with travelling and your trip to Croatia and Europe.

HOW IT WORKS
1. CONTACT US
Contact us at the email (info@warasdiensis.com) or by clicking here. We will reply by sending welcome email within 24 business hours. The welcome email will contain a detailed pre-consultation questionnaire, information about how our consultation service works and available consultation times.
2. PAYMENT
Our Travel Consultation fee is payable upon hiring. We charge an upfront, non-refundable, non-transferable fee for our consultation services. Instruction on how to make payment (via PayPal or bank transfer) will be included in the email.
3. PRE-CONSULTATION PROCESS
Email us your proposed itinerary with as much detail about your travel plans and preferences. We will review your proposed itinerary and pre-consultation questionnaire in order to prepare personalized recommendations and advice in advance.
4. CONSULTATION PROCESS
Warasdiensis will start an email correspondence or Zoom consultations (your choice). We will discuss your ideas, travel preferences, budget, timeframes, destinations plans, specific needs and interests.
5. PDF DOCUMENTATION
Once the consultation process is finished, PDF documentation will be sent to you by email within 2-3 days. The PDF documentation will include: • Notes from our correspondence/consultation • “Welcome to Croatia” (PDF document) • “Before You Travel Checklist” (PDF document)
TRAVEL CONSULTATION SERVICE - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Our Travel Consultation service is for guests who have already planned most of their itinerary, but want to make sure they have got every detail covered and question answered.
Our Travel Consultation service does not include bookings/reservations/purchases on your behalf. Warasdiensis does not book anything directly. You book on your own. If you need help with a booking, please visit our „Bookings & Reservations“ page for details.
We cannot book flights. Even if we do not book the flights, we are always happy to advise clients on the flight options that are best for them.
No, we do not offer travel insurance, but we highly recommend that you purchase insurance before you travel.
Requirements for travel visas vary widely depending on your nationality and your destination. We are unable to arrange visas on your behalf. If you do require a visa you can arrange them yourself or use the services of a visa processing company.
Overall the best time is as soon as you are committed to go. We prefer at least 3-6 months prior to your trip for the best custom travel planning.
We prefer at least 90 days for the best custom travel planning. However, we can do it in less time for a rush fee. Contact us to inquire.
Prices are not per person. The listed prices of Warasdiensis services are valid for trip planning for up to 10 people.
