TRANSFERS - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We use comfortable van (maximum number of passengers: 8, double air conditioning, 2100L boot capacity).

After we have agreed on the price and you want to confirm your booking, we will send you an invoice for a 30% deposit. The balance payment is due 48 hours before your transfer.
We will provide you with payment instructions. You can pay via bank transfer or Paypal.
Your driver will come to pick you up at the Zagreb airport check-out exit holding a tag with your name on it.
You can book a transfer with us only in advance. We can't send you a vehicle at short notice. It is advisable to make a transfer booking at least 7 days before the requested service.
The price depends on your destination and number of passengers. We send the price on request.
All the prices are per vehicle, never per person.
We are monitoring flights schedule all the time so you can be sure that your driver will be there for you when your plane lands.
Our cancellation policy is that you can cancel for free up to 48 hours prior your transfer. For less than 48 hours we will keep deposit or full payment you have provided.
