Submitting an objection

In accordance with Article 6 of the Act on the provision of services in tourism and Article 10, paragraph 3 of the Act on consumer protection, we inform service users that they can submit a written complaint about the quality of contracted services:

  • by mail to the address: Ruđera Boškovića 3, Varaždin 42000
  • by e-mail to the address: info@warasdiensis.com

 

We will send you a confirmation of receipt of the complaint in writing without delay.

We will respond to the complaint in writing no later than 15 days after receiving the complaint.
