General business terms

These general conditions regulate the business of the travel agency Warasdiensis Travel with the clients to whom we provide services.

1. When making an offer, we will publish the following information:

  • about the price of the excursion
  • destination
  • the number of daily meals
  • means, characteristics and category of transport
  • about the travel plan
  • border, visa and health formalities related to a trip abroad
  • the minimum number of passengers required to organize the excursion and the deadline in which the traveler will be notified of the cancellation of the excursion if not enough passengers have been registered for the excursion

2. Every passenger has the right to submit a complaint in writing to the address of Warasdiensis d.o.o. , Ruđera Boškovića 3, Varaždin 42 000 or by e-mail info@warasdiensis.com


We will respond in writing within 15 days of receiving the complaint.

3. An invoice will be issued for each service.

4. Payment is made to the transaction account of Warasdiensis d.o.o.

5. In accordance with the law on the protection of personal data, we will keep personal data and information about the passenger as a business secret.

6. We reserve the right to change the excursion program and inform the passenger about it in a timely manner.

7. Passengers can register for excursions, sightseeing and transfers by phone or e-mail.

8. The passenger can cancel the service or excursion before the start of the same with a mutual agreement for compensation for the incurred costs.

9. The passenger will be offered the possibility of contracting additional insurance.

10. Warasdiensis Travel will fulfill the offered and contracted services conscientiously and in good faith.
