Our “Bookings & Reservations” service is for clients who already know which hotel, activities or tours they would like to book. When you use Warasdiensis “Bookings & Reservations” service, we handle all your bookings.
The booking service fees do not include a charge for research or planning a trip.

BOOKINGS & RESERVATIONS - FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Contact us at the email (info@warasdiensis.com) or by clicking here. We will reply by sending welcome email within 24 business hours. You provide us with the details about the hotels, activities or tours you would like to book. We will need the name of the hotel, dates, preferred room and bed type before we can confirm.
Your booking/reservation is confirmed only after the payment of a deposit of 50% of the total amount of the stay, as well as our booking/reservation fee. After payment of the deposit, Warasdiensis will issue a confirmation showing the total cost of the service, the amount of the first payment, the balance to be paid and the deadline for this payment.
The payment of the balance must be received by us at the latest 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
Your room rate, including applicable taxes and fees, are prepaid in full. Depending on the property, you may incur other charges that we do not collect. Examples of fees not included in the prices are hotel resort fees, hotel energy surcharges, parking fees, pet fees, and incidental charges (such as room service, mini-bar, gratuities). These amounts will be collected from you directly by the hotel unless otherwise indicated at the time of booking.
You may change your hotel reservation details. However, certain charges as per the hotel policies might be applicable.
Cancellation policies and charges will depend on the hotel booked. Warasdiensis Travel will charge 50 € per room for all cancellations above and beyond the charges by the hotel.
Confirmation would be sent to you via e-mail, which would include your reservation number and travel details.
Our booking and reservation fees are non-refundable.
